Smena 8

Smena, originally uploaded by mcveja.

Česka Panorama, originally uploaded by mcveja.

Lightinings No2

Lightinings No2, originally uploaded by mcveja.

Here is the result of 2 month work and reason why I was absent from flickr and blog.
This is the top of Tesla coil that was designed at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering, Belgrade by prof. J. Cvetic, my colleague Vladimir Malic and me. This is from this evening presentation and rehearsal for opening ceremony of Universiade which will be opened in two days in Belgrade. So, I invite you all to come to opening at Belgrade Arena.
And now some tech facts: length of lightnings are aprox. 1,5 meters and voltage on the top that produce this is aprox. 1.5 MV. Enjoy!!!!
PS. I hope I'll do some more photos.

Swan

Swan, originally uploaded by mcveja.

From recent trip to Slovenia, taken at Otocac at Krka river. Really lovely place with castle at the river island and golf course near. And of course with swans :)
There were several swans that swim peacefully at Krka river. They are really magnificent birds and a very good models for photography. Of course Krka river has really nice green color and that gives good background for this kind of photo.
Enjoy :)

Just a drop

Just a drop, originally uploaded by mcveja.

Today I bought studio tripod for my Metz strobe, and I was really anxious to try it, but I didn't have any models. So, I decided to shoot flower with my 'poor man macro' system.
